1. Acceptance of Terms

PJD Construction & Roofing is a licensed and insured roofing and general contracting company based in Aurora, Colorado, with over 38 years of experience. We provide residential and commercial roofing services, home renovations, home design, general contracting, home building, and room addition services throughout Aurora and the greater Denver metro area, including Lakewood, Centennial, Littleton, Englewood, Brighton, Longmont, Golden, and Morrison.
3. Services
Our services include but are not limited to:
Roof installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance
Roof inspections and certifications
Residential and commercial roofing (asphalt shingles, metal, tile, flat roofing)
Gutter installation
Home renovations and remodeling (kitchen, bathroom, and more)
Home design and custom home building
Room additions and general contracting
All services are subject to a separate written agreement, estimate, or contract provided prior to work commencing. Nothing on our website constitutes a binding service agreement until a written estimate or contract has been signed by both parties.
4. Free Estimates & Inspections
We offer free estimates and roof inspections to prospective customers in our service area. A free estimate or inspection does not obligate either party to enter into a service agreement. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided in written estimates prior to work beginning. PJD Construction & Roofing is committed to transparent, upfront pricing. Any changes to the scope of work that affect cost will be communicated in writing and require your approval before proceeding. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service contract.
6. Licensing & Insurance
PJD Construction & Roofing is fully licensed and insured in the state of Colorado and holds a BBB A+ accreditation. We comply with all applicable ICC building codes and local municipality requirements. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.
7. Warranties
Warranty terms vary by service type and materials used and will be specified in your individual service contract. We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty claims should be submitted in writing to [email protected] or by calling (720) 275-4580.
8. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
These SMS terms apply to all text message communications between PJD Construction & Roofing and customers, prospective customers, and website visitors who have provided their phone number and opted in to receive messages.
8.1 Program Description and Use Cases

After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will not receive any further text messages from that program.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all text messages sent and received under this program. PJD Construction & Roofing does not charge any fee for text messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages depending on your mobile plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any associated charges.
8.5 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other wireless service providers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed, and PJD Construction & Roofing is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in the transmission or delivery of text messages caused by your wireless carrier, technical issues, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
8.6 Age Restriction
